Mentoring
We know that no matter how much confidence and competence is built in the classroom, it can still be a little intimidating to start a new role. To help ease those concerns, new team members are provided a mentor. This group of dedicated, knowledgeable team members is available to supply support and guide you through the transition from training to working independently.
