With more than 40 years of executive healthcare experience and a leader in the revenue cycle management industry, Jim Lackey brings exceptional insight to EnableComp. Over the years, he has served as vice president for several prominent healthcare companies. In 1996, he joined Passport Health Communications as President, in 1998 assumed the additional responsibilities of CEO, and later as the company’s Chairman. In 2009, he joined long-time friend David Iskowe at EnableComp as CEO. He retired in 2017, but remains Chairman. He serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations and was a board member of the Nashville Healthcare Council for eight years.
David Jones brings more than 40 years of leadership experience to his role as CEO of EnableComp and the organization’s holding company, Complete Holdings Group. Jones came to EC in 2009 as an organization development consultant, joined the company as its President in 2010 and became the CEO and a Board Member in 2017. His prior experience as both an entrepreneur and Fortune 200 executive has proved invaluable as the company as experienced explosive growth during his tenure. Active on a several Boards and Advisory Committees, David holds a BS in Management from the University of Tennessee and a MBA from the University of Houston. He completed Executive Education Programs at the University of Michigan, Rice University, and The College of Executive Coaching.
Phil serves as managing partner of Primus Capital, a private equity firm that invests in growing healthcare and technology companies. In addition to EnableComp, Phil serves on the Board of Directors of Forte Research Systems, Medhost, Payspan, and SkillSurvey. His historical investments include AOD Software, Encore Legal Solutions, ExactCare Pharmacy, Passport Health, PathGroup, SterilMed, Universal Tax Systems, and Vendormate. Before joining Primus, Phil served in various roles at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. He earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a BA summa cum laude in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.
Chris Welch serves as Principal at Primus Capital and focuses on the firm’s investment activities in both education and healthcare IT. He is currently a Director of EnableComp, American Institutes, and Payspan, and actively involved with MedHost. Chris was involved with AOD Software, Emmi Solutions, ExactCare Pharmacy, and PathGroup. He previously worked for The Edgewater Funds, Chicago Growth Partners, and as a Senior Associate of Primus. Chris received a BS summa cum laude in Human & Organizational Development and Economics from Vanderbilt University and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Bagwell served as senior vice president for McKesson Pharmacy Systems and RelayHealth Pharmacy business units before joining Passport Health in 2010. He was responsible for all sales, marketing and professional service initiatives before becoming president of the company. He has more than 25 years of industry experience leading sales and marketing teams for national health care technology companies. He also held senior executive positions at Per-Se Technologies/NDCHealth Corporation, as well as Sunquest Information Systems/Misys. Bagwell graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Business Administration. He resides in North Carolina with his wife, Anne and enjoys spending time with his children and his grandson, Miles II.
Agrawal is a healthcare technology entrepreneur and investor who started several successful businesses in the past two decades. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Levrx Technology and Managing Partner for Vik Brothers NY. He previously served as Executive Chairman for Etransmedia, a healthcare IT firm he co-founded in 2000, and grew to employ 700 across 9 locations. Prior to starting Etransmedia, Agrawal’s work includes roles at Ariba, Symantec, and GE Energy. Agrawal earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds Masters degrees in Management and Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
