David Jones brings more than 40 years of leadership experience to his role as President and CEO of EnableComp and the organization’s holding company, Complete Holdings Group. Jones came to EC in 2009 as an organization development consultant, joined the company as its President in 2010 and became the CEO and a Board Member in 2017. His prior experience as both an entrepreneur and Fortune 200 executive has proved invaluable as the company as experienced explosive growth during his tenure. Active on a several Boards and Advisory Committees, David holds a BS in Management from the University of Tennessee and a MBA from the University of Houston. He completed Executive Education Programs at the University of Michigan, Rice University, and The College of Executive Coaching.
Having spent more than a decade in financial leadership, Phil Clark drives the financial management of EnableComp and its parent company, Complete Holdings Group. Phil joined EC from Passport Health and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including reporting, budgeting/planning, forecasting, treasure, risk management, internal controls, and investor and banking relations. His vision, expertise and entrepreneurial experience offers tremendous leadership for the organization. In addition, Phil also coaches his boys, participates with Boy Scouts and volunteers with Show Hope of Franklin, an organization that provides financial assistance to families who adopt children.
Hamilton Bowman is a seasoned, healthcare leader responsible for delivering client solutions for EnableComp through the management of client relationships, operations, and technology initiatives. Prior to joining EC, he managed operations of multiple Data Mining Division regions including multiple national payer clients and Blues plans for AIM Healthcare. Hamilton led the creation, development, and overall operations of the hospital bill audit, ancillary audit, subrogation, and pre-pay service businesses, including a network of over 100 Registered Nurses, Coders, and Pharmacists. He holds a BA, MA, and MBA degrees from Vanderbilt University.
As CTO, Kevin Hulvey is responsible for creating the technology vision and roadmap for EC as well as directing software development and IT resources. Kevin brings many years of tech experience including SaaS software development, high impact data management, information security, and large-scale infrastructure management. His previous roles include Experian Health, the NSA, US Air Force, and Lockheed Martin. Kevin holds a MS in Computer Science from Troy University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. In 2015, Kevin was recognized as CIO of the Year by the Nashville Business Journal.
Kevin brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare to EC. As former Regional Vice President at CorVel Corporation, he led sales and operations initiatives and service delivery for all workers’ compensation claims and managed care operations in the southeast region producing approximately $80M in annual revenue. Other past roles include Vice President of Sales, Account Management at both FOCUS Healthcare and Voicecom Telecommunications, along with Director of Sales responsibilities with Healthcare Innovations and ManagedComp. Kevin holds a BA in Speech Communication from Lipscomb University.
As CPO, Heather drives strategy and culture development to accelerate our collective progress towards our mission and core values and to create a working environment in which employees can thrive. She brings an industry-diverse 15+ years of experience in Human Resources along with a BBA from MTSU and holds both a PHR and SHRM-CP. Heather was named the HR Professional of the Year in 2015 by MTSHRM.
As Chief Legal Officer, Crista is responsible for EnableComp’s legal and compliance functions and she brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to her role. Prior to joining EC, she served as General Counsel for Experian Health and Passport Health Communications and she represented healthcare clients in complex commercial transactions in her role as an attorney at Waller. She holds an B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University, a MBA from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School.
Brad Cross brings over 22 years of revenue cycle management experience to EnableComp. He most recently served as Vice President of Sales, Hospital Solutions Division with Availity. Cross also worked in sales at Conifer Health Solutions, IDX Corporation and McKesson Inc. Before beginning his career in sales, he worked 13 years as a paramedic in the Atlanta area. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from West Georgia College and holds an Associate’s degree in Emergency Medicine. Cross has also been a frequent speaker at both HFMA and NAHAM conferences (Regional and local) on topics related to “Avoiding Revenue Leakage” and “The Fast and the Furious – Revenue Cycle of the Future”. Cross also serves on the Advisory Board for “MyCare Finance.”
With more than 20 years of experience in the Workers’ Comp industry, David White brings a wealth of specialized expertise about the system’s payment practices and complex regulations. A member of the EC team since 2001, he has been instrumental in the development of its proprietary technologies and operating processes. He has worked closely with state regulators to clarify payment policies and share provider perspectives. Prior to joining EnableComp, David served as VP of Finance for FOCUS Healthcare, the nation’s leading provider of Workers’ Compensation PPO networks and he managed the company’s acquisition by United HealthCare in 1994.
VP, Finance & Controller
Angela joined EnableComp in 2011 and currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Controller. She is responsible for the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, payroll and treasury management. Before joining EC, Angela worked for 11 years in various Finance roles, including Director of Finance at Passport Health. She holds a BS in Accounting from Lipscomb University and in 2015, she was named to the Nashville Business Journal Women of Influence. In the community, Angela is active with her church and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
Arjun Seth is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and product development. He is charged with successfully onboarding EnableComp clients while ensuring a positive experience through implementation and beyond. He also leads EC’s Project Management, Business Analysis, and Product Management efforts. Arjun joined the team from HMS, Inc., where he led full-scale implementations of FWA, pre-payment, and post-payment integrity solutions for state Medicaid agencies and MCOs. He holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is an active member of his community and is proud to call Nashville home.
Jesse Larrison’s broad experience in work comp includes leadership positions in both insurance and healthcare operations over the past 15 years, and he is an active speaker and policy adviser for the industry. Jesse joined EC in 2013 to establish a Managed Care department, which is responsible for administering all State and Federal Fee schedules, Payer Contracting, Clinical Review, and Regulatory Management. Prior to EnableComp, Jesse worked at Corvel Corporation and oversaw all departments from sales, claims administration, nurse case management, medical billing and provider contracting within the state of Tennessee.
