Our expert panel led a powerful 45-minute virtual event designed for women in healthcare revenue cycle leadership who are ready to break down barriers, build high-impact networks, champion innovation, and drive lasting change.

While women have always been integral to revenue cycle success, a significant gap in representation at senior leadership levels still exists. This session highlighted insights from the McKinsey Report: Women in the Workplace 2024 and provided actionable strategies to accelerate career progression, mentor others, and promote gender equity across organizations.

Here’s what was covered in the session:

  • Assess Highlights from the 2024 McKinsey Report: Discover the progress women are making in healthcare leadership and where there’s more room for growth.
  • Navigate Advancement Barriers: Understand obstacles like the “broken rung” and how to overcome persistent barriers to career advancement.
  • Learn Diversity-Boosting Tactics: Explore strategies to foster gender diversity.
  • Engage with Other Women Leaders: Participate in a Q&A on challenges, best practices, and new leadership perspectives.
  • Expand Your Leadership Toolkit: Gain tools to navigate and reduce gender disparities in revenue cycle leadership in your organization.

Don’t miss the chance to drive change and connect with industry-leading women in healthcare finance.
