Frank Forte
As CEO of EnableComp, Frank Forte brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in revenue cycle management and executive leadership, having most recently served as CEO at AnatomyIT, a leader in Cyber Security and IT solutions for healthcare. Prior to AnatomyIT, Forte held the position of CCO and General Manager at Cloudmed Solutions, where he was responsible for defining and executing the company’s commercial and automation strategy and was successful at scaling operations, building a high-performance organization, and managing the integration of multiple acquisitions. Prior to Cloudmed, Forte also held executive roles in business development, operations, and strategy for various healthcare, services, and technology companies, including Emerson Electric Corporation.
Franny Potts
Franny Potts is a seasoned leader with over 25 years in healthcare management with her primary focus revenue cycle. She is responsible for providing leadership across company operations to ensure all teams deliver best in class results. Franny is involved in a multitude of our initiatives including the implementation of new clients, as well as reviewing workers’ comp state guidelines and updating processes that impact revenue. Before joining EnableComp in 2014, Franny managed multiple teams at AIM Healthcare/United Healthcare where she was responsible for revenue reimbursement for the Payers. She is a lifelong Middle Tennessee resident that enjoys spending time with her husband, son and friends.
Ashley Long, Esq.
Ashley Long, Esq. joined the team in 2021 and has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector including several administrative, compliance, and legal executive leadership roles throughout her career. Prior to joining EnableComp, she served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for Adfinitas Health. Ashley also led HR teams at Sentient, American Radiology Services, Symphony Health Services, and several others. She has a BA from Saint Mary’s College of Maryland and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Mike Esworthy
Mike Esworthy is responsible for leading strategy and corporate development, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alignment with key partners. Mike joined EnableComp in 2022 and brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare, M&A, and strategy. Previously, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer at the SSI Group, leading client-facing operations and corporate strategy. Mike has an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a BS from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He resides locally in Nashville, Tennessee.
Christa Miller
Building on more than three decades of experience in financial performance, operational efficiencies, global strategic planning, investor relations, and corporate governance, Christa serves as our Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for overseeing all financial planning and budgeting, developing and optimizing business financial goals and objectives, and assisting in new acquisitions and client closings. Christa joined the team in 2023 from Norstella, where she led improvements in financial operations, compliance improvements, and mitigated risk through scalable solutions that increased accuracy, compliance, and overall revenue. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is an active member of her community in Raleigh, North Carolina.
