Caley Lane joined EnableComp in 2017 and is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources where she is responsible for leading organizational development, employee relations, talent management, performance, and benefits administration. In addition to her HR related responsibilities, Caley’s organizational and project management skills have been leveraged to drive projects such as companywide integration initiatives, and most recently, leading in cost saving procurement measures. Consistently focused on being a true business partner to leadership in support of strategic company initiatives, Caley is dedicated not only to her HR core functions but executing a wide variety of initiatives that reflect EnableComp’s Core Values and drive its culture of being an employer of choice.
Caley received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Tennessee where she studied Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Theatre. She is also a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and based on her testing aptitude, has served for the past 3 years as an advisor regarding SHRM certification exam content. Additionally, she has been named the Talent Management Professional of the year (2018) for the Middle Tennessee SHRM chapter and is a certified master behavioral and motivational analyst from The Abelson Group.
After graduating from the University of Tennessee, she remains a die-hard Tennessee fan, and every Saturday in the fall you will find her cheering on the Volunteers. In her free time, you will find Caley exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her fiancé, camping and/or riding her vintage 1970’s dirt bike.
